The Rental rate is $350.00 plus applicable taxes per night with a seven night minimum during high season from June 15 to September 15. Please send email inquiries for discounted rates for lengthy stays of more than 14 days. There is a two night minimum stay for the rest of the year. In addition to the base rent at the time of booking we collect 5% GST, 9.975% QST and a 3.5% Lodging Tax. There is a $300.00 cleaning fee added to each stay. All bookings requests are to be made via email, the calendar is for information purposes only. Check in is after 4:00pm, and check out before 11:00am.  Property rules and information are provided at the time of booking.
