The property has stairs down to the water and features a water level deck, a dock with ladder and rails for swimming.  The water is clear and deep suitable for diving off the deck.  The deck is suitable for mooring motorized watercraft and there is a boat launch within 100m of the property.  The property provides a canoe paddles and life jackets for use by guests. There is adequate outdoor parking for four vehicles and a trailer. For those who sport fish, Lake Roddick is renowned for Walleye.
